My name is Jim Pickens, and I am a Realtor with Hawaii Military Realty, Inc., specializing in assisting buyers, sellers, and property management. I served on active duty as a Marine Master Sergeant from 1990 to 2017.
Following my retirement, I obtained my Hawaii Real Estate license in August 2017 and have been assisting clients with sales and purchases ever since. I also expanded into property management in 2018.
