I'm Ashley Payne, a wife of 20 years to an Army Physician and mother to 4 boys, which has shaped who I am both personally and professionally. Life in a busy household has taught me patience, resilience, organization, and the importance of creating a home where people feel supported, loved, and connected. Raising four active boys has given me a deep appreciation for the value of family, community, and having a place to truly call home.

These experiences are also what drive my passion for real estate: helping families find the right home for their own memories, milestones, and next chapters. I understand firsthand how important a home is, and I bring that perspective into every relationship and every client experience.

I got into real estate because I love helping people build a future.
